Let me start off by saying that I am thankful and that I feel fortunate for having a job in these tough economic times.   But, I yearn for more of a challenge in my work.  I wish I could get away from the desk and the computer.  I want to be moving, in front of people, socializing, networking, and challenging myself on a daily basis.  I feel held back by this economy and my own apathy.  Now is probably not the best time to go changing jobs or to even look for something great, but can I really expect something to just fall into my lap?  Lord, if you are willing, stretch me, grow me, and challenge me with the next vocational journey you have in mind.  Who knows, it may just be around the corner or within my current position.
